With a shift in sales focus, Strangelove needed to quickly turn their attention to selling direct to customers. This strategy was designed to compliment their ongoing wholesale sales channels. The challenge, Strangelove had not yet considered their ideal customer journey with email or implemented any flows of value in their email platform, Klaviyo.
